Reserve Mailbox Repairs or Replacement
Each homeowner is responsible for their mailbox. Replacement mailboxes must match the style currently used in the Reserve.
Cedar Craft Products, Inc. is the vendor that sells and installs replacement mailboxes. Please contact them directly at 614-759-1600 or e-mail at sales@cedar-craft.com. If you would like to add a post-protector for your mailbox post, you can order a black stainless one from Amazon.
The mailbox’s stain is Oxford Brown solid stain and can be purchased through Creative Paints in Dublin at 614-873-2750. The code number is M2000-36-1 Oxford Brown.
If your mailbox is damaged by the snowplow or other city vehicle, report it to the Streets and Utilities Department at the City of Dublin at 614-410-4750 for a free replacement or repair.

Reserve Street Signs
Cedar Craft Products, Inc. is also the vendor we use for the 6″ x 6″ street signpost. They will also handle the installation and staining to Oxford Brown. Please ask the Reserve Trustees to handle the replacement request when needed.
The city of Dublin will repair the sidewalk in front of your house. But, you have to make the request for them to do so. It can take months, so the earlier you place the request with the city the better. Here is some more information on sidewalk repairs.

The city of Dublin contracts with Rumpke for yard waste, trash, and recycling pickup. As of January 2019, Rumpke visits the Reserve and collects yard waste on Mondays and trash and recyclables on Wednesdays. If there is a holiday before the pickup day, the pickup day is pushed back one day. For more information on what Rumpke will and will not pick up, check out their customer guidelines webpage.
Trash cans or yard waste can be placed by the street 24 hours in advance but must be removed within 24 hours of pickup. Trash cans must also be stored out of sight from the street.

Latex paint can be placed in the trash for pickup, if it is mixed with cat litter beforehand to cause the paint to become a solid. Oil-based paints are considered Hazardous Waste and can NOT be place in the the trash for pickup. See below for details where it can be taken.
Hazardous waste must not be place in the trash to be pickup, but must be taken to the Household Hazardous Waste Facility managed by Solid Waste Authority of Central Ohio’s vendor located at:
